Today I had an training session --as if I need it-- for a proctoring job I do at Columbia every few months. It's fairly easy money, and I get to catch up on my reading. Unfortunately we are not allowed to bring in a laptop, or else I'd be writing away. So much could get done... (I sometimes write longhand during these otherwise wasteful hours, but it's so less productive and considerably messier).
More editing in the afternoon and tomorrow. Right now I'm writing until midnight.
